Many times during trips to see our customers have I heard, "we think your support department does a great job." Or "your support department is very quick to help us when we need it."It never gets old hearing comments like these.
In fact, we got an email today from a customer who stated, "Support just walked me through it. You guys rock..."
I love getting emails (and phone calls) like this, so please keep them coming in.
Support of technical products is not easy as it has many different moving parts: software, hardware, third party applications, you get the picture. Most people don't care about that, they just need their data, their report, their quarterly mag media file. Just work baby!
