Many of the things listed below (page 100 of the article) I have seen/discussed with many of TempWorks customers in recent months:
- Invest in Technology
- Snap up talent on the cheap
- Ramp up training (could also be part of investing in Technology)
- Form strategic partnerships
- Get to know prospective customers (I have mentioned to many of our customers TempWorks will provide marketing material, get on conference calls, or conduct webinars for any of their customers or prospects who are interested in how our technologies will benefit in their processes or help them to get information)
- Cut costs strategically
