RuthiPostow Staffing, Inc. is a reputable and
successful staffing firm, holding relationship
building and equal treatment of others as one of its
trademarks. Founded by Ruthi Postow, she built her
staffing business in 2001 with a very specific belief of
how a staffing firm should work, how the employees
should treat sad, candidates and each other. With
a candidate motto of , “First do no harm” they treat
every candidate with respect and work diligently to
put them in the best career placements possible.

RuthiPostow Staffing, Inc. is a boutique staffing
firm committed to excellence and service. Serving
the high end professional offices in organizations
that place value on each individual employee.
Their placements fall into the professional services,
business and trade associations, venture capital,
commercial real estate, non-profits, government
affairs firms, and architectural, engineering and
environmental firm categories. RuthiPostow Staffing’s
objective is to assist their clients in reaching their
goals for their organizations.

Through the years, the firm has encountered
the evolution of this unique industry. The internal
staff doubled in the first year and revenues have
continued to double every year since they opened,
Ruthi’s concept worked! “Exceptional service
and commitment to excellence, and the value
we maintain with clients and candidates have

during this tough economic time” comments Owner,
Postow.

RuthiPostow Staffing goes above and beyond its
call of duty when it comes to service. Back in 2008
they began a “Green Initiative” stemming from the
personal interest of Partner, Jenni O’toole. “One of
our biggest goals was to help the environment, so
we began creating incentive for our employees and
clients to go green” states O’Toole. “Every month
we educate our staff with tips on how to go green
and roll out an initiative.” The Office no longer uses
paper cups for water, and they now have recycling
bins all over their office. O’Toole goes on, “ We’ve
encouraged our employees to adopt this concept by
purchasing a brand new pair of walking shoes for all
employees and temporaries who walk to work.”

RuthiPostow Staffing takes advantage of many of
TempWorks products and services. O’toole conveys,

paperless with the use of their applicant portal. We

All of the paperless products have not only made our
lives easier, but helped us towards “going green.”
